EazyPay
It allows new and existing Beyon Money Business corporate clients to request an EazyPay POS terminal directly through the Corporate Dashboard. By submitting this request, you consent to share your company documents with EazyPay to obtain POS services at preferential rates.
All registered Beyon Money Business corporate clients whose company details are already validated under CBB and Sijilat standards.
Beyon Money Business shares only the required corporate documents already available in your profile:
– CR / Sijilat extract
– Authorized signatory details
– Registered address & contact information
– Company bank account information (IBAN)
New clients can click on the onboarding link here, choose EazyPay, and follow the on screen steps.
If you are an existing client with Beyon Money Business, please follow the below steps on your dashboard:
- Go to Dashboard
- Click “Settings” from left menu and select the sub-menu “Company Settings”
- Scroll down to the “EazyPay Request” section
- Select the following consent by enabling checkbox “EazyPay POS Request” “I consent to share my company documents with EazyPay for POS services at preferential rates.”
- Click “Request” Button
- Once you submit the request, EazyPay team will review your request and after getting approval, you will get a Pandadoc link to fill and sign for further approval.
- Finally on confirmation and signing the Merchant Agreement, you will have EazyPay services enabled and get the POS device(s) accordingly.
Device allocation depends on the nature of the CR’s business activity. By default, each business entity is entitled to one device, unless additional units are justified and formally requested. A monthly rental fee per terminal applies, as agreed with the merchant.
The charges are BD2.5 monthly per terminal

Once the transactions are settled, all proceeds will be credited the next working day. On Thursday, Friday & Saturday, the proceeds will be credited on Sunday.
In case of Public Holidays, all proceeds will be credited the next working day.
It depends on the CR nature of the business, the turnover, and the location, which will be taken case by case by the EazyPay Sales Team.

Flexi Invest
Flexi Invest is an investment product that allows you to earn profit on your money.
You can start by topping up your Flexi Invest. The profit is calculated on your daily balance, so the more you deposit, the more you earn.
The annual profit is calculated on your daily balance, and it’s accumulated until the last day of the month. The total profit earned is then credited to your Flexi Invest. The profit will change depending on your investment. You will earn:
1. 3.00% for investments below BHD 5,000
2. 3.50% for investments between BHD 5,000 – BHD 9,999
3. 4.25% for investments of BHD 10,000 and above
You can withdraw money from Flexi Invest to your Beyon Money Business employee card instantly or to any bank account.
Flexi Invest is unlimited. The more you deposit, the more you earn.
Money can be sent to any valid IBAN number or to your employee cards.
Flexi Invest funds are placed in secure Islamic bank deposits (in banks licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain) and Government Sukuks issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
The bank deposits are diversified across Al Salam Bank, Khaleeji Bank, Al Baraka bank and Bahrain Islamic Bank.
SICO is the investment product provider and asset manager. The underlying assets are Islamic bank deposits (in banks licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain) and Bahraini Government Sukuks issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
100% of the asset exposure is local (Bahrain).
The underlying deposits in itself are Shariah compliant and the respective banks in which the deposits are placed are licensed as Islamic banks with their respective Shariah supervisory boards. There is no separate Sharia officer for Flexi.

Payroll (Wages Protection System)
LMRA registration is mandatory for enabling Payroll and WPS services in Bahrain.
You must complete company registration in the Labour Market Regulatory Authority Expat Management System (EMS).
Steps:
– Click on “Proceed to LMRA (EMS) Portal” from the dashboard
– Complete company registration in LMRA
– Return to the dashboard and confirm completion
No. For security and regulatory reasons, all registrations must be completed directly in LMRA EMS. Our dashboard only guides you to the official portal.
This usually means employees are not registered or linked under your Commercial Registration (CR) in LMRA.
Steps:
– Click on “Proceed to LMRA (EMS) Portal”
– Log in using your authorized credentials (eKey)
– Register or link employees under your CR
– Return to the dashboard and confirm completion
Please review the registration date in the LMRA EMS portal and then confirm it in Payroll Settings.
You may optionally upload an LMRA-issued document (such as a registration certificate or EMS summary) after completing the required action in LMRA.
The WPS (Wages Protection System) feature helps you process employee salaries seamlessly. It’s available for corporates using Flexi Invest as their default wallet.

The Customer Service team will have visibility over the company admin users and should have their information visible in front of them to conduct the normal verification, which could be their name, CPR, company CR, and the latest transaction that happened for the company.
As a part of the verification process for admin users, they will have to raise a support verification request through the Beyon Money Business dashboard.
The customer service team should directly call the administrator as per the number registered in the system to fulfill their request.
